This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) explains how Spartacan Technologies Private Limited (“Spartacan”, “Vibzee”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, processes and protects personal data when you use the Vibzee website, mobile application and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
This Privacy Policy should be read together with the Vibzee Terms & Conditions.
By registering for or using Vibzee, you acknowledge that your personal data may be processed as described in this Privacy Policy, subject to applicable law.
2. Information We Collect
We aim to collect information reasonably necessary to provide and operate Vibzee.
- We collect your mobile number to create and authenticate your Vibzee account through OTP.
- We collect and store your photograph in cloud storage, for account-linked personalization and access across supported devices.
- We may collect device and technical information necessary to operate, secure and improve the Service.

4. Photographs and Personalised Creatives
Your photograph is used to provide the personalisation functionality offered by Vibzee.
The photograph associated with your account may be stored in cloud infrastructure so that it can be associated with your account and made available when you access Vibzee from another supported device.
Vibzee does not claim ownership of your photograph merely because you provide or use it through the Service.
By using Vibzee, you authorise Vibzee to use your photograph to the extent reasonably necessary to provide the requested Service.
You remain responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights, permissions and consents to use any photograph you provide or select, including photographs depicting other persons.
5. Data sharing policy
Vibzee does not sell, rent, or share users’ personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
User information may be disclosed:
- To service providers necessary for operating Vibzee, such as cloud storage and authentication providers
- Where required by applicable law or lawful government authority
- To protect Vibzee, its users, or others against fraud, misuse, security threats, or legal claims
6. Data retention and deletion policy
Vibzee retains user information only for as long as necessary to provide the Service and as required or permitted by applicable law.
Users may request deletion of their Vibzee account by emailing support@spartacantech.com.
Following a valid account-deletion request, the user's photograph stored in Vibzee's backend/cloud storage will be automatically deleted within 30 days of the request, subject to any information that Vibzee is legally required or permitted to retain.
7. Third-Party Platforms
Vibzee allows users to share completed creatives through third-party platforms such as WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and other applications.
When you share content through a third-party platform, that platform may independently collect and process information according to its own privacy policy and terms.
Vibzee does not control the privacy practices of third-party platforms.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration or disclosure.
Depending on the relevant system, these measures may include access controls, authentication controls, encryption where appropriate, secure communications, monitoring and logging, restricted access to personal data, and security and vulnerability management practices.
No electronic system or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
You should not share your OTP with anyone.
10. Your Privacy Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may have rights relating to your personal data, including rights to request information about personal data processed by Vibzee, request correction of inaccurate personal data, withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, exercise other applicable rights, and raise a grievance regarding processing of your personal data.
The manner in which these rights can be exercised, and any applicable limitations or exceptions, will be governed by applicable law.

We may take reasonable steps to verify your identity before processing certain requests.
11. Children and Minors
Vibzee currently intends to make the Service available to users aged 18 and above, subject to applicable law.
The Platform is not intended for use by minors. If we become aware that personal data of a minor has been collected in violation of applicable law, we may take appropriate action, including deletion of such data and suspension or termination of the account.
12. Third-Party Links & Services
Vibzee may use or integrate with third-party services such as cloud storage, authentication, and other technical service providers to operate and provide the Platform. Vibzee may also allow users to share creatives through third-party platforms such as WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook. We do not control the privacy practices of these third-party services and recommend that you review their respective privacy policies.
13. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to Vibzee, technology, applicable law, our data practices or other operational requirements. Where required by applicable law, we will provide appropriate notice of material changes. The updated Privacy Policy will be made available through the Vibzee website or application.
